The seminar is conducted over 5 days and divided into 2 parts:

Part 1 is a comprehensive Business Continuity planning and management workshop designed to teach practical methods to develop, test, and maintain a Business Continuity Plan. Part 2 is an in-depth training in the audits of BC programs, and it will enable you to become a BC auditor. Through this training you will be able to prepare your BC program for internal and external audits and also perform assessments of BC programs as an auditor.
